What a fantastic day at Hassayumpa! Thank you to
all who participated, the Nature Conservancy was very happy with
the quality of the paintings and it is a wonderful show.
Thank you to Az Art Supply for the
gift certificates. The scenes were not easy to paint but
everyone came out with lovely pieces and we also had several
brand new members attend. We have been asked to do this
again next year so if you missed it in 09 don't miss it in 2010.
Thank You to Judith Rickter for
having all
of us to her home and serving an amazing BBQ,

PAINT OUT WEEKEND AT THE
FLAGSTAFF ARBORETUM
Thank you to Linda Dellandre for putting this paint-out
together. The day was beautiful with green pastures, fields full
of wildflowers and huge monsoon clouds. The blue flax and yellow
sunflowers were spectacular. Those of us who drove up from
Phoenix loved the cool mountain air.
33 paintings are hanging, 13 in reserve, 16
artists are showing 2 paintings.
We hope to do this location again next year so watch for
information in our newsletters.

Artist's at Rest-
Patty Rosky
