Hello Artists,

First we want to thank you for being a part of our Arizona State Park Paint-out Series. You participation has helped make 2008 a big success bringing new interest in our lovely State Parks and revenue with new memberships to fund much needed projects.

The Gallery show hosting all the top three winning paintings from each paint-out will be held at Presidio State Park in Tubac. The show will then travel to the Mayo Clinic in north Scottsdale where it will be viewed by thousands of visitors who come to the Mayo from all over the world. In order to make this all work we need you to carefully follow all the instructions you will find with this letter. This year we also have a small fee $20.00 to cover the transporting of your paintings from Phoenix to Tubac, then from Tubac to the Mayo in Scottsdale, also help cover the reception costs.

Please read over all the included information and return the form with your signature, and also the check (made out to APAP, for transporting paintings/reception food) charges to Mary Alice Daenzer.  Her address is also where you will be shipping your paintings, or dropping them off. If you are in the Mesa or Tempe area you can also drop off your paintings at Cindy Carrillo’s home in Tempe up until Jan. 8th.

We hope that you will be able to attend the Reception for the Artists (4:30pm) on January 10th and also the first of the 2010 series of paint-outs (12:00- 4:00pm) at the Presidio in Tubac. Please let us know if you plan to attend to help us plan for the reception.
To better inform the public about you and your work please send a one page bio. & a couple of business cards along with your paintings.

Thanks again and we look forward to seeing your paintings and having you participate in our 2009 Series !
