Hassayumpa River Preserve-

Sat. 2/28/09www.nature.org Bunkhouse Show: paintings previously completed anytime at the Hassayumpa Preserve to show the different seasons. Work will be hung in the morning of Feb. 28th.and hang untill the end of March. Bring your work labeled on the back. Email the titles, price & size of each piece you will be bringing to cindyLcarrillo@yahoo.com. Paint-out at the Preserve: Sat. Feb. 28th anytime from 8:00am on Reception at the Bunkhouse and display of wet paintings : 2:00pm Dinner for the artists at Judy Rickters home in Wickenburg around 5:00pm Artists & spouses RSVP please to donahueart@cableone.net by Feb. 20th! Get out there and paint anytime in February. You can drop off pieces finished before 2/28 to Cindy Carrillo's home (2045 E. Manhatton Dr.) in Tempe if you can't make it up on Feb. 28th. Make arrangements by calling 480-820-8111. Members up north can leave work with Linda Dellandre 290 San Miguel Dr. Sedona, Az 86336. Paintings finished and ready to hang can be brought in by members on Feb. 28th. Please have each piece labeled clearly on the back with you name, title, price and contact information. There will be a separate show of the wet pieces done on Saturday during the paint-out (morning) and displayed during the reception (afternoon) in the afternoon of the 28th. in Sedona. Please bring a frame ready for your wet painting already wired to hang. Artist Dinner in Wickenburg: Judy Rickter has graciously offered her home for dinner to all the participating artists on Feb. 28th. Please RSVP your plans to attend dinner to donahueart@cableone.net.
